JANET'S BIG ADVENTURE

“It's good to be just plain happy, it's a little better to know that you're happy; but to understand that you're happy and to know why and how and still be happy, be happy in the being and the knowing, well that is beyond happiness, that is bliss.” Henry Miller

Lilacs In April

This is my view from the kitchen window. I planted these lilacs at least 10 years ago.

They bloomed the first week of April this year. Unfortuanately, the flowers fade in about two weeks. Two weeks of glory, and then they're history.

The scent is heavenly, so they are earning their keep in the Jergins garden.

They fulfill their promise to return each spring just in time for Easter.

Lilacs! I miss those...until I plant and grow some, may I come sniff the Jergins' Jardin?

We will have to wait till next year, then maybe I'll invite Ms. Snow over for tea.

Ha! That is so funny!! Can't BELIEVE you remembered that.

See you at church tonight.

P.S. If Karen is "Miss Snow," and I'm "Miss Fondle"...who are YOU?

Oh, I was confused! I thought you were Miss Snow. Now I'm curious about Miss Foldle. :) I think I'll be Miss Understood!
